Need clarification?

Which package is right for me?

It depends on your needs! If you’re just starting out or only need a few hours of EEG recordings each month, the Basic plan might be perfect. If you need more flexibility and don’t want to worry about limits, go for Plus. And if you’re looking for advanced features like real-time tracking of eye movements and more to potentially develop our own neurotech project, the Pro plan is for you!

What happens if I go over my 30 hours in the Basic plan?

No worries! You can either wait for the next month to get more recording time, or you can upgrade to the Plus or Pro plan for unlimited access.

What kind of support do you offer?

Everyone gets email support, but Plus and Pro users get priority support, meaning we’ll get back to you faster and with more detailed help if you need it!

 

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime you like from your account dashboard. The changes will kick in with your next billing cycle.

Can I download my EEG data?

Yep! You can export your EEG recordings in all plans. We provide the data in a .csv format so you can use it with most analysis tools.
